For Students

Confidence can be tricky.

It can come and go. It can feel strong one day and completely disappear the next. And when you care about your sport, when you want to perform well, that loss of confidence can feel like it’s taking something really important away from you.

If you’re a student athlete who’s lost a bit of confidence, whether it’s in your performance, your ability, or even just your motivation, I want you to know this: it’s absolutely something you can rebuild.

I work with athletes who still care—they want to get results, they want to improve—but they’ve found themselves stuck, second-guessing, or simply not enjoying their sport the way they used to. Sometimes it’s because things haven’t been going their way, sometimes it’s pressure, sometimes they’ve just hit a bit of a wall.

What I do is help you lay (or relay) the foundation.

We build skills that don’t just help you now, they’ll last you well beyond sport and well beyond school. Skills like self-belief, handling pressure, managing setbacks, and staying connected to what really matters to you, not just what others expect.

If you’re a parent reading this, you’ll know how much your young person cares, even if they’re not saying it out loud. You’ll know how hard it is to watch them lose confidence in something they’ve loved. This is about helping them find that confidence again, in a way that’s practical, personal, and genuinely long-lasting.

I create safe spaces where they can work through what’s holding them back, get unstuck, and build real, steady confidence, not just a quick pep talk, but something they can rely on.

If that sounds like what’s needed, I’d love to work with you.
